RESERVATIONS POLICIES

Everything you need to know about making a reservation at The Inns at The Equinox.

CHECK IN

Please temporarily park in the front circle of the hotel to check in.  For your safety as well as the safety of our staff, we will not be offering Valet, Bell, Concierge or In Room Dining services.  We do have bell carts available for you to move your luggage from your vehicle to your room.  The front desk will inform you of the self-parking areas on property. 

HOUSEKEEPING & GUEST SERVICES

Rooms have been fully cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival and will be fully cleanied & sanitized after your departure. For your safety housekeepers will not enter your guest room during your stay. Please contact Guest Services at the Front Desk by dialing ZERO from your guest room phone. Any additional items you request including towels or toiletries can be picked up at the Front Desk or will be delivered contact-less outside of your guestroom door. They are open 24 hours.

The Resort may accept overnight reservations from: Vermont residents or Travelers who travel from a county with a similar active COVID-19 caseload as Vermont.

PLEASE NOTE: The Hotel also can accept Reservations from Travelers from a high-risk area not identified as having a similar active COVID-19 caseload if they complete a quarantine before arriving at The Hotel. Travelers may complete either: (i) complete a 14-day quarantine; or (ii) complete a 7-day quarantine followed by a negative test – in their home state and enter Vermont without further quarantine restrictions if they drive directly from their home via their personal vehicle.

A copy of a Vermont drivers license or a signed document from the guest(s) attesting they meet the quarantine requirement, have traveled from a county with similar active COVID-19 caseload per ACCD, are an essential/authorized worker, or are a Vermonter is required. All guests must also complete a health questionnaire certifying the following.

I certify that:
a. I have traveled to Vermont from another state, and I traveled directly from my home in my personal vehicle, and I have completed a 14-day self-quarantine (or a 7-day self-quarantine followed by a negative test result) in that state; OR OR Meet the No Quarantine Needed requirements:
b. I am a resident of the state of Vermont OR c. I have not left the state of Vermont for any reason except essential travel in the past 14 days OR d. I am traveling from a county with fewer than 400 active COVID-19 cases per million, as set forth on the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development’s website (https://accd.vermont.gov/covid-19/restart/cross-state-travel), and I did not travel to Vermont by air or bus, OR e. I am a critical worker as defined by the State of Vermont.
2. I also certify that I have not had close contact within the past 14 days with a person confirmed to have COVID-19.
3. I also certify that I do not currently, and have not had in the past 24 hours, any of the following symptoms: • A fever above 100.4° F / 38° C, or felt feverish; • Chills; • Muscle pain; • Sore throat; • Headache; • New loss of taste or smell.
4. I also certify that all persons in my care who are under the age of 18 or who are dependent on my care meet the criteria described in items 1–3 above. Please provide a list of the names of all such persons in your care.

For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card at time of booking. A deposit is required at the time of booking equal to the first nights’ room and tax

Group Cancellation Policy: A separate cancellation policy applies for all call-in group cancellations. Please contact your group coordinator for details on the specific policy.

Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy: This reservation requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable. We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.

Inns at the Equinox is a non-smoking hotel for all guestrooms, hallways, stairwells and public spaces. A $250 room recovery fee will be charged to the registered guests for smoking in the guestroom.

Reservations are urrently required for Lunch & Dinner in Marsh Tavern, Tennis Court & Pool Usage, Golf Tee Times as well as Fitness Classes. Advance reservations are highly recommended for all other resort and area activities. Requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact our Concierge at 802-362-4700 to make reservations or get more information. As we begin to reopen our resort and amenities to guests, some services and hours of operation may be adjusted. Our goal is to provide all guests with the full Equinox Resort & Spa experience that keeps you coming back year after year. We appreciate your understanding as we get back up and running.

PETS ARE WELCOME

Pets are always welcome at The Equinox. We charge a one-time Pet Service Fee and there are certain restrictions. Guide dogs and other assistance dogs are allowed at no fee. Please call 802-362-4700 to inform us in advance of any pet staying with you. Weight limit of a dog shall be 80 lbs or less. Dogs over 80 lbs may be allowed at the hotels discretion. We charge a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $130 for one dog and $50 for an additional dog (two dog maximum). Service dogs for those that are sight impaired are allowed at all times with no charge and no size limit. In accordance with the local health codes, (dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or the pool).

Meet our Chief Happiness Officer

The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa has just welcomed its latest employee, Golden Retriever named Cooper who has been named the Equinox Resort's Chief Happiness Officer. Cooper's day-to-day tasks will include greeting guests with the #EquinoxPawsUp greeting. Cooper will also concentrate his canine efforts on creating memories with all of our guests and making everyone feel at home.
